Agility Robotics merged with Churchill Capital Corp. XI to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT. The deal raised $465 million, including $201 million from a private equity group led by Foxconn. Agility claims this makes it the first dedicated humanoid robotics company to go public in the United States.
The company reported $174,000 in revenue for the first six months of 2026 against a $362 million loss. Agility secured $300 million in planned contracts for its new Digit 5 robot from 30 customers. The robot features swappable hands, a 50-pound lift capacity, and a fast-charging battery.
Agility plans to produce up to 10,000 Digit 5 robots annually at its RoboFab facility. The company estimates the cost of a Digit 5 robot will fall from $150,000 to $30,000 with mass production. This move could reshape warehouse automation if the robot achieves its cost targets.
