Fal secured $1.3 billion in its latest funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The round values the company at $16 billion, up from $8 billion in April. This brings the total capital raised across Series E and F to $1.65 billion.

The startup has annualized revenue exceeding $800 million 2026. It provides a cloud platform for running image, video, and audio generation models. Nvidia, Sound Ventures, and T. Rowe Price also participated in the investment.

The funds will be used to purchase computing power and hire staff. This substantial capital injection highlights the intense competition for infrastructure in the generative AI space. Builders relying on Fal for model training will benefit from its continued expansion.
