Google just dropped Gemma 4 12B (E4B). Kind of ridiculous. Only 4B parameters, but it beats their own 27B predecessor. GPQA Diamond jumped from 44% to 78.8%. LiveCodeBench went from 29% to 72%. DocVQA hit 94.9%.
