Oracle’s 4-core 24GB setup for Hermes was overkill and not worth it.
Just migrated everything over to Google Cloud’s free tier today — a basic 2 vCPU, 1GB RAM VM. The standard network tier gives 200GB egress per month (no CDN or Cloudflare needed). More than enough.
